Figure., object to wear, 2014

Figure. is made from a single stencil design to act as a wearable object inspired by artist's first home, a Soviet block of flats. The purpose of Figure. is to act as a conveyer of information and as a container providing the wearer with personal space. Figure. is made to wear as evidence of a certain system of a particular time and location.

As expected, the assortment of systems is rather rich, such as road systems, solar, chaos, soviet, capitalist, religious, food, biological, mind, thought, work, education, tube, street, Internet, including homes. By openly decluttering and re-positioning existing systems may we unidentify better stereotypical systems.
